We require 50 % down payment for customized cakes and cupcakes and bulk orders.

 

Confirmation of order for regular cakes is at least 1 to 2 days before pick up.

For customized fondant cakes and cupcakes, kindly book at least a week before the event.

 

Cake orders are confirmed if (any of these may be applied, not all):

• we already have your cake details

• sms/pm thru conversation was done and both parties agreed on the order (sorry, we prefer these types on conversation rather than verbal phone calls for us to have a written proof of your order..)  :)fb/whatsapp

• down payment was received (but most of the time, we rely on trust) :)

 

Cancellation of cake order or revision of design must be at least 3 days before the event.

Friendly Reminders:

 

Upon pick up and transport, cakes should be handle with care. When carrying the cake, full support at the middle bottom part of the cake box is a must. It should be placed on a flat, steady surface inside the car (preferably on the floor), with cool temperature and away from direct sunlight. It is not advisable to place the cake in the car trunk. It will definitely melt down the cake.

 

If you're going to carry it on your lap, take extra caution for it is more prone to wiggling during transportation.

 

Fondant cakes need not be placed inside the fridge before the event. Refrigeration will cause condensation and moisten the fondant. Later on, it will damage the cake itself. It is best to place the cake in a flat surface and cool, dry place before the event. 

 

Our cakes are always freshly baked but we advise our customers to consume it immediately. If refrigerated, it can stand up to 3 days. Please keep in mind that left over cakes easily dry up. Wrap it well with cling film or store in air tight container.
